Tracy did a great job helping us with a tight timeline on a relocation purchase from out of state. She was extremely responsive, kept in touch with our lender, got everything done very quickly and helped us buy a beautiful home. All of this while we were 1100 miles away. Her team was great too. After the close, she went out of her way to fix a minor issue with the home very quickly and made our transition seamless and painless. Patricia is an amazing agent. She is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, and guides you to make the right decision for you. John was incredibly professional throughout the entire home-buying process. He expertly guided me through a challenging experience with a difficult seller before helping us find a better opportunity. The home we purchased was a result of a short sale, and it involved a VA home loan on a condo that wasn't initially approved by the VA. Despite the massive amount of paperwork and an extended waiting period due to all the legal hoops involved (about three months from the offer), John was able to push the deal through. Thanks to his hard work, I got a fantastic deal on an excellent condo in a prime location (with a fantastic view to boot), and my girlfriend and I couldn’t be happier.
