Real Broker Stock
By capping, opting into the Stock Purchase Plan, hitting Elite Agent production benchmarks, and sponsoring producing agents. These all provide restricted stock units that vest over time.
You can allocate up to 10% of your GCI to buy Real shares. Real adds a bonus in shares (typically 10–15%), helping you grow equity without extra out-of-pocket cash.
Most awards vest over 1–3 years. Stay active and in good standing, and once vested, the shares are yours.
Certain programs have annual limits, but there’s no hard cap on how much equity you can accumulate overall.
Once vested, Real shares trade like any other public stock. You can hold them or sell them to fund marketing, taxes, or personal goals.
