She was extremely responsive, kept in touch with our lender, got everything done very quickly and helped us buy a beautiful home. All of this while we were 1100 miles away. Her team was great too. After the close, she went out of her way to fix a minor issue with the home very quickly and made our transition seamless and painless. Tracy was instrumental in the wildly successful sale of our home. Not only did we get 24% over asking, but she project managed all of the home improvement projects that she recommended (hard wood floor renovation, landscaping, painting, etc). We were kept in the loop with everything, but didn't have to manage them ourselves, which was a huge relief.
