About Faride CUEVAS AYALA

Faride brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to real estate shaped by her background in business, government, and real-world investing experience. Originally from Mexico and raised in the Skagit Valley, she later moved to Seattle for school (Go Dawgs!) and proudly calls the city home. With a degree in Business Administration and over a decade of experience working in government, Faride brings a strong understanding of policy, regulations, and community development to every transaction. 

Her journey into real estate began more than six years ago during her own first homebuying experience, which sparked a passion for helping others build long-term financial stability through homeownership and real estate investing. Since then, Faride has embraced the HouseHack strategy, transforming three properties into five rental units—hands-on experience that allows her to guide clients through creative, strategic ways to grow wealth through real estate. 

Whether clients are buying their first home, selling a property, investing in rentals, or exploring development opportunities, Faride’s goal is to make the process clear, empowering, and approachable.
