About Denise Simens

Denise brings over 14 years of real estate experience, beginning her career in Colorado before relocating to Seattle in 2016.  What started as a role behind the scenes quickly grew into a passion for working directly with clients and navigating the complexities of buying and selling homes. Since then, she has built her business on strong communication, organization, and a commitment to making each transaction smooth and stress-free.

Based in Seattle, Denise combines her industry expertise with the same focus and determination that drive her outside of real estate. She has competed as an open water ultra-marathon swimmer, is a cycling instructor at Cycle Sanctuary in Ballard, and previously played for the Seattle Mist in the Legends Football League. Whether in sports or real estate, she thrives on setting goals and seeing them through—a mindset she brings to every client relationship.

When she’s not working with clients, Denise enjoys time with her husband and daughter, exploring the outdoors, and staying active in the local community.
